Meet Lior Rozhansky

Lior Rozhansky is the managing member of Flora Capital LLC. Lior has years of experience in the multifamily investing space, with his first acquisition coming at the age of 23. Since then, he has built up a large multifamily portfolio and has experience in ground-up development, full gut-renovations, and all types of value-add programs. Along with multifamily investing, Lior has years of experience in the real estate brokerage space and runs one of the top teams in the Boston area. Lior was born in Israel and immigrated to the US when he was 8 years old. Ever since, Boston has been home to him. Lior holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University.

Meet Alyssa Corini

Alyssa Corini runs administration for Flora Capital. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineer from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.

Flora Capital is based in Boston, however, we are currently buying properties all around the Boston area and suburbs, too.
